I finally went ahead and recreated the Aby-a-Day over on Wordpress. I've wanted to move it to a "real" blog website because, once we start doing therapy visits, we're going to get a lot more traffic, and I think the interface (which is the same that both Moderncat and Cheezburger use) is less daunting than LJ. You don't have to be a "friend" or sign in or anything to comment.

The new blog's address is abyaday.wordpress.com. I've also created an LJ feed for it so you can just add it to your friends page: dailyabyssinian - I've already added it to mine!

All of the old posts - and all of the comments! - have been imported, so there isn't too much culture shock for me or my readers, and I've been able to combine the gun_hee entries in with the 1_eyed_angel entries, so they'll all be in one place. I'll also crosspost links for the rest of the year, at least.

So, to that end, here is today's Aby-a-Day post.
